Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model, actress and TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist was awarded numerous awards throughout her professional career. The most notable are two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. She was also nominated twice for Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis has appeared in a number of TV series including Hiram Kampanerang (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). In the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel she played Komiks legendary character Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Anne Curtis born 17 February 1985 is a Filipina-Australian actress who is a model, television host and record producer. There were many awards she received throughout her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards, a Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards along with five PMPC Star Awards in the television category. She has also been selected for 2 Gawad Urian Awards as well as the eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis was in the roles of Hiram (2004), Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa (2007) Green Rose (2011) Green Rose (2011), and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). In 2014, she played the Komiks iconic Dyesebel in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she was a host of the noontime variety show"It's Showtime" (2009-2020). Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father was married to Ojales on the 29th of October, 1982. Her younger sister, who is also an actor and her father is also an actor. Clare was a mother-in-law in their father's family. Clare passed away at the age of the age of four in 2007.
